About the Role: As an Eating Disorder Recovery Specialist at Koplin Consulting, you will provide intensive, live-in support to clients during 4 week assignments. Your role is crucial in helping clients manage triggers, navigate emotions, and build a stable foundation for recovery. Each assignment is tailored to the client's needs, enabling you to make a direct and meaningful impact. In-Home Coaching: Provide intensive, live-in support to clients, implementing recovery strategies and fostering a structured, supportive environment within their homes for 2 - 4 week assignments. Emotional Support & Crisis Intervention: Offer immediate, in-the-moment emotional support, utilizing therapeutic techniques to help clients manage difficult emotions, triggers, and potential crises. Trigger Management & Relapse Prevention: Guide clients in identifying, navigating, and managing triggers in real-time, developing coping skills and relapse prevention strategies. Personal Growth & Life Skills Development: Assist clients in creating balanced schedules, pursuing educational or vocational goals, fostering healthy social connections, and building a strong foundation for independent living. Family Engagement & Communication: Facilitate effective communication and collaboration with families, providing education and support to strengthen relationships and promote a supportive home environment. Activity Support & Community Integration: Accompany clients to appointments, therapy sessions, recreational activities, and community events, promoting engagement and integration into their daily lives. Documentation: Maintain accurate and timely records of client progress, interventions, and observations. Extensive experience working with families in therapeutic settings, focused on improving communication, resolving conflict, and strengthening relationships during the recovery process. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. High level of empathy, patience, and cultural sensitivity. Competitive Pay: Starting at $500 - $600/day based on experience.
