Working closely with the CEO, COO, and Chief of Staff, this role sits at the intersection of brand, demand generation, investor engagement, and relationship management. This position is ideal for a hands-on marketer who is also a confident communicator; someone who can manage campaigns, CRM workflows, and content while representing the company professionally with investors, users, and strategic partners. The role plays a critical part in shaping how the company is perceived externally during an important growth phase. Key Responsibilities Marketing Strategy & Campaign Execution • Execute marketing initiatives in alignment with the company’s overall strategy and growth objectives. • Plan, create, and manage multi-channel campaigns including email, digital content, and targeted outreach. • Develop and deploy campaign emails, investor updates, and announcements; manage scheduling, segmentation, and performance tracking. • Ensure consistent messaging, tone, and brand standards across all marketing touchpoints. CRM & Sales Enablement • Own and manage CRM content (Microsoft Dynamics preferred), including contact records, pipelines, segmentation, and reporting. • Support sales, business development, and capital raising efforts through structured CRM workflows and follow-up processes. • Maintain clean, accurate data to support investor funnels, lead nurturing, and executive reporting. Capital Raising & Business Development Support • Support investor relationship management by coordinating meetings, preparing materials, and managing follow-ups. • Handle inbound investor and partner inquiries with professionalism and strategic awareness. • Collaborate on capital-raising materials including pitch decks, updates, and investor communications. • Conduct targeted research and outreach to identify potential investors and partners via LinkedIn and other platforms. Content & Digital Presence • Coordinate and manage online content across LinkedIn, website, newsletters, and other relevant channels. • Create or oversee short-form content, presentations, and light video content to support marketing and investor engagement. • Work cross-functionally to gather information and translate it into clear, compelling external communications. Collaboration & Operations • Work closely with the CEO, COO, and Chief of Staff on high-impact initiatives related to growth, fundraising, and partnerships. • Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors as needed to support marketing and sales execution. • Track performance metrics and provide insights to improve campaign effectiveness and engagement over time. Desired Skills & Experience • Proven experience executing marketing campaigns across email, digital, and CRM-driven channels. • Strong understanding of CRM systems and sales/marketing workflows; ability to maintain structured, actionable data. • Experience coordinating content across LinkedIn, websites, newsletters, and other digital platforms. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a polished, professional presence. • Comfortable interacting with executive-level stakeholders, investors, and partners. • Highly organized with strong project management skills and attention to detail. • Ability to balance creative execution with operational rigor. • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment and wearing multiple hats. Preferred Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Finance, Communications, or a related field. • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics or similar CRM and marketing automation platforms. • Familiarity with tools such as LinkedIn, Canva, Notion, Airtable, and Google Workspace. • Exposure to investor relations, fundraising, private capital, or early-stage companies. • Prior experience in client-facing, sales support, or executive support roles. • Comfort appearing on camera for short-form video or virtual meetings. • Willingness to travel occasionally for events or meetings.
