The Project Manager works with hospitals, eligible providers’ offices, and other organizations to share health care data, helps assemble tasks into project plans that assign objectives, timelines, and responsible parties, oversees the technology installation process, assures necessary training and support are available, and covers all aspects of project planning and execution. Essential Functions of the Project Manager The Project Manager adds value in the following ways: · Engage with healthcare facility clients, EMR project resources, and vendors by email and webinar · Schedule and facilitate internal and external project meetings, document, communicate, and properly store notes and issues · Ensure meetings are properly prepared for and documented · Ensure results of meetings are communicated; issues are identified, addressed, and/or escalated as appropriate · Maintain detailed and up-to-date project plans · Complete and document project tasks, milestones, and issues in Salesforce. · Identify, track, and mitigate project risks · Define and help secure resources needed to deliver integration projects on time, on scope, and within budget. · Submits and monitors support tickets. · Evaluate HIE data for completeness and compliance with specifications. · Ensure testing issues are assigned, tracked, and completed on time · Communicate with participants about upcoming changes to data, upgrades, downtime, and other relevant updates. · Respond quickly to client and vendor integration and data quality questions. · Work with colleagues and peers to ensure that the best work products are being created, maintained, and leveraged · Provide regular progress updates and feedback to KONZA Leadership · Security o Team Member access to protected health information requires team members to meet the highest standards of security. Project Manager Qualifications: (Knowledge, Skill, and Ability) · Required: Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Health Information Management, or related field, or equivalent experience · Required: Project Management Professional (PMP) certification within the first year · Required: Experience in a technical/customer service/health care environment · Required: Three to five (3-5) years in a project management role in a complex business and systems environment in the healthcare arena · Required: Three to five (3-5) years in healthcare interoperability · Preferred: Experience or knowledge in FHIR, HL7v2, USDCI standards, and CDA architecture · MS Project or equivalent project management software experience · Ability to learn how information systems are used in healthcare · Ability to work well in a fast-paced culture · Ability to multitask and handle multiple parallel projects · Ability to work well with others (be a team player) · Ability to work independently with little direction · Able to prioritize work according to deadlines and organizational initiatives to produce assigned outcomes · Highly developed problem-solving skills · Ability to manage multiple projects and deliverables · MS Project or equivalent project management software experience · Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills · Strong business analysis, problem-solving, interpersonal, customer management, and project management skills #SHR123 Job Type: Full-time Pay: $78,392.38 - $110,000.00 per year Benefits: • 401(k) • 401(k) matching • Dental insurance • Health insurance • Paid time off • Vision insurance Work Location: Remote
