Full Description

Role Overview We’re looking for a Sales Engineer / Solutions Architect to bridge sales, product, and implementation. This role is critical to helping KonnectAi sell, demo, and deploy solutions efficiently while reducing dependency on external professional services. This is a customer-facing, commercially oriented role — not a pure engineering position. Key Responsibilities • Partner with sales and leadership on pre-sales discovery and solution design • Run live demos and proof-of-concepts for prospects and partners • Translate HR use cases into AI-enabled workflows and configurations • Support SMB, mid-market, and select enterprise sales cycles • Configure and tailor solutions quickly without heavy engineering lift • Act as the technical and functional expert in sales conversations • Help package KonnectAi customizations into repeatable offerings • Collaborate with partner platforms and tools as part of joint GTM efforts Experience & Qualifications Required / Strongly Preferred • 3–6 years of experience in one or more of the following roles: • Sales Engineer • Solutions Consultant / Solutions Architect • Pre-Sales Engineer • Implementation Consultant with sales-cycle exposure • Experience supporting live sales cycles, including: • Discovery calls • Demos and solution walkthroughs • Proofs of concept • Proven ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical buyers • Comfort working directly with executives, founders, and senior stakeholders • Experience with all AI LLM’s, prompting design, HR and enterprise software, low-code/no-code workflow automation, and understanding of core API integration concepts. • Ability to learn new platforms quickly and operate with minimal documentation Education • Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required • Relevant experience and demonstrated capability are more important than formal credentials
