Koniag Technology & Innovation Solutions (KTIS), a Koniag Government Services company, is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Administrator to support KTIS and our government customer with ServiceNow Customer Service Management (CSM) implementation to support a 24/7 contact center. This is a remote role. This position requires the candidate to be able to obtain a Public Trust. Koniag Technology and Infrastructure Solutions (KTIS) is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate is committed to operational excellence and experienced in supporting federal environments and teams of varying sizes to meet client objectives. Essential Functions, Responsibilities & Duties may include, but are not limited to: Platform Administration • Perform day-to-day administration of the ServiceNow platform, including users, groups, roles, and role-based access control (RBAC) • Configure forms, fields, views, notifications, and basic workflows • Manage service catalog items, knowledge base articles, and self-service portal functionality • Support configuration and maintenance of ITSM and/or CSM modules Operations & Support • Support operations and maintenance of scoped ServiceNow applications • Provide Tier 2/3 support for platform issues and coordinate with developers when needed • Monitor system performance, identify issues, and implement configuration-level improvements • Assist with releases, update sets, and platform upgrades Platform Maintenance & Optimization • Maintain data quality, assignment groups, and routing rules • Stay current with ServiceNow releases and platform capabilities • Document configuration standards and administrative procedures Security & Compliance • Administer access controls and perform periodic access reviews • Support security and audit requirements in a federal environment • Assist with logging, monitoring, and compliance activities Required Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience • 3–5+ years of ServiceNow administration experience • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) • Experience supporting ITSM and/or CSM modules • Experience managing users, roles, permissions, and catalog configuration • Ability to obtain Public Trust clearance Preferred / Desired Experience • Experience supporting federal or regulated environments • Experience with ITAM or SecOps modules • Familiarity with integrations and troubleshooting external system connections • Exposure to contact center integrations (Amazon Connect or similar) • Experience with ServiceNow Now Assist / AI capabilities • Experience supporting new ServiceNow implementations Security Requirement: • Ability to obtain a Public Trust.
