A two-year journey across the KOMPAN playground The 2026 intake of the Graduate Program spans three tracks – Commercial, Finance and Supply Chain – all defined to give recent university graduates a deep, end-to-end understanding of how KOMPAN works. Like any great playground, you’ll explore different cornerstones of KOMPAN: 3 rotations, each 7 months long, regardless of track – building your confidence, skills and commercial acumen across the entire value: • HQ • Sales • Supply Chain Specific responsibilities will vary by rotation and track, and shaped by business needs, your aspirations and development, ensuring a steep learning curve and broad commercial exposure. You will be expected to get your hands dirty in day-to-day operations, because we believe that’s where real learning happens. During each rotation, you’ll complete a strategy-related business case, applying what you’ve learnt to real challenges. In your final months as a KOMPAN Graduate, you’ll take on an end-point assessment – a business case tied to KOMPAN’s strategy – testing how far you’ve come and giving back value to the company. What you don’t know, we’ll teach you. The essentials: • You’re a recent Bachelor’s or Master’s graduate (we imagine that you are graduating this summer or within the last two years) • You’re ready to relocate during and after the program. Previous international experience is a plus • You’re fluent in English.
