The Opportunity at Komodo Health: As a Senior Marketing Analyst you will own the strategy and execution of marketing analytics, ensuring we measure what matters and act on data-driven insights. You will develop attribution models, optimize marketing spend, and enhance funnel efficiency, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve targeting and engagement. This is an opportunity to shape how Komodo Health leverages data to accelerate growth and refine our go-to-market strategy. Looking back on your first 12 months at Komodo Health, you will have accomplished… Built and maintained marketing analytics dashboards that provide actionable and accurate insights across campaigns, channels, and customer segments. Developed attribution models that quantify the impact of various marketing touchpoints on revenue generation. Conducted deep-dive funnel and conversion analyses, identifying optimization opportunities to improve lead quality and sales alignment. Built a strong partnership with Finance and Revenue Ops teams to provide marketing spend analysis and pipeline forecasting support. Partnered with RevOps and IT to ensure the quality, consistency, and accuracy of marketing data across all relevant systems. These are the essential job duties you will be responsible for … Establish a robust marketing performance measurement framework, defining key KPIs and creating real-time dashboards. Develop and implement a multi-touch attribution model to accurately assess the effectiveness of various marketing channels. Optimize lead-to-revenue funnel performance, identifying and addressing drop-off points in the conversion process. Improve forecasting accuracy by providing data-backed insights on pipeline generation and marketing spend efficiency. Strengthen marketing data infrastructure and automation by integrating analytics across key platforms. What you bring to Komodo Health (required): 4+ years of experience in B2B marketing analytics, with a deep understanding of marketing channels, website analytics, and common marketing metrics. Highly data-driven with the ability to translate complex data insights into actionable recommendations for marketing and leadership teams. Builder mindset: Excels at taking ownership in an environment where processes and systems need to be built and standardized from the ground up. Bias for action: Driven to get things moving quickly, prioritize impact, and execute programs with speed and efficiency. Hands-on experience with BI tools and a typical martech stack to extract and analyze complex datasets. Strong understanding of multi-touch attribution, marketing mix modeling, and campaign ROI measurement. Experience in statistical modeling, including a Bachelor's or Master’s degree in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or Data Science. #LI-Remote The pay range for each job posting reflects a minimum and maximum range of annual base pay that we reasonably expect to pay for this position within the US. We carefully consider multiple business-related factors when determining compensation, including job-related skills, work experience, geographic work location, relevant training and certifications, business needs and market demands. The starting annual base pay for this role is listed below. This position may be eligible for performance-based bonuses as determined in the Company’s sole discretion and in accordance with a written agreement or plan. This role may also be eligible for equity awards.
