This position can be remote; however, if you reside near our offices in Menomonee Falls, WI, or New York City, NY, we request that you work onsite from Monday through Thursday, with the option to work remotely on Fridays. About the Role As Senior KMN Analytics Analyst, you will focus on hands-on measurement, reporting, and performance analysis for our retail media network. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and brand partners to evaluate campaign effectiveness, provide actionable insights, and ensure advertisers see measurable value from their investments. This is a highly analytical, execution-focused role designed for an individual who thrives in turning data into insights. What You’ll Do Assist in developing and maintaining the analytics framework for evaluating media performance across channels (onsite, offsite digital, traditional media) Produce recurring and ad hoc vendor performance reports and dashboards to support internal stakeholders and brand partners Support campaign analysis efforts, including pre-, mid-, and post-campaign performance reporting and insights generation Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Engineering) to gather requirements and translate them into scalable reporting solutions Maintain and improve dashboards that visualize KPIs, benchmarks, and business outcomes tied to media effectiveness and ROI Partner with the Manager to support advanced analytics initiatives, such as incrementality testing, attribution modeling, and media mix modeling. Compile and synthesize media, vendor, and category-level insights to inform strategic recommendations Ensure data accuracy and integrity by working closely with Data Engineering and IT on data sources and pipelines Contribute to the development of data-driven stories that demonstrate campaign success and drive advertiser renewals and upsell opportunities. Analyze customer behavior and media interaction data to support media planning and optimization Additional tasks may be assigned What Skills You Have Required Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience 3–5 years of experience in marketing analytics, media measurement, or campaign reporting Strong hands-on skills in SQL, Excel/Google Sheets, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker) Knowledge of media measurement techniques such as attribution, incrementality, or lift studies
