Job Description: • Manage a balanced team of Business Intelligence and Data Engineers • Partner with Product Leader and stakeholders to deliver features in service of a product strategy • Engage users and stakeholders to identify opportunities and clarify pain points • Facilitate ideation sessions to prioritize solutions Requirements: • 2+ years of experience in product management • Familiarity with the software development lifecycle • Ability to analyze data and use data to drive decision-making • Exposure to data platforms and tools (GCP, Airflow, Qlik, Looker) • Intermediate training or parallel experience in Product Management, Business, MIS, Computer Science, or related fields Benefits: • Health insurance • 401(k) matching • Flexible work hours • Paid time off • Professional development opportunities
