This is a volunteer opportunity provided by Taproot Foundation, a nonprofit creating social change through pro bono connections. Do you want to use your data skills to help save lives? We are looking for an expert Google Analytics & Performance Analyst to help us understand donor behavior and optimize our digital impact. Important: Only applicants who provide a professional portfolio (or LinkedIn profile) and resume will be considered. - Website: https://thekccf.org - Tech Stack: Next.js, GitHub, Zeffy (and Givelively) - Other tech: Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), Looker Studio Commitment: ~2 hours per week. A data-driven approach allows us to identify where donors or families in need face friction and how we can better communicate our mission. By auditing our tracking and building clear dashboards, you help ensure every digital interaction moves us closer to providing relief for children battling cancer. QUALIFICATIONS - Experience using Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and interpreting digital metrics. - Familiarity with Google Tag Manager (GTM) and event tracking setups. - Strong understanding of digital marketing metrics (traffic sources, conversions, engagement). - Ability to translate data into actionable insights and build dashboards using Looker Studio or similar tools. - Strong attention to detail, structured thinking, and self-motivation to prioritize tasks in a remote, collaborative environment. NICE-TO-HAVE - Basic experience with HTML or Webflow for troubleshooting and tag placement. - Experience in nonprofit or educational organizations. - Understanding of SEO best practices and knowledge of UTM tracking for campaigns.
