Position Overview: KODA Technologies is seeking a Data Management Engineering Services Analyst to provide specialized data management support in the development and execution of the Human Landing System (HLS) contract. The role supports multiple Lunar vehicle subsystems, including the Lander and Transporter vehicles, with an emphasis on document, requirements, and trade compliance management throughout all critical design and build-start milestones. Key Responsibilities: • Document Management • Assign document numbers and manage templates across all Lunar programs. • Reformat and re-template documents during review processes to meet required standards. • Update the National Team documents from the National Team formatting to the required format. • Perform initial administrative document reviews, ensuring reference document verification, up-to-date templates, acronym tables, and all necessary markings are included. • JAMA Export and Formatting • Export released requirements from JAMA and replicate in Word document format for delivery to the Lunar CDM team. • Ensure exported documents match specification templates and formatting requirements. • Change Request Coordination • Manage schedules and coordinate internal reviewers for timely completion of NASA Change Requests (CRs) and contractual trade compliance activities. • Track and report on status of CRs and tickets within required timelines. • Trade Compliance Support • Coordinate with engineering and compliance teams to facilitate project timeline adherence for compliance-related tasks. • Reporting & Communication • Provide weekly status updates, detailing progress, hours charged, open issues, and challenges to stakeholders. • Prepare and deliver deliverable documentation and reports (Excel, Word) via SharePoint/SFTP/Jules Supplier Portal. Required Skills and Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Management, Technical Communications, or a related field. • Minimum 3-5 years of experience with engineering documentation processes in aerospace or a regulated technical field. • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Word and Excel. • Familiarity with requirements management software (e.g., JAMA) preferred. • Strong attention to detail and document formatting. • Knowledge of configuration management and change control principles, NASA experience a plus. • Excellent organizational and communication skills. • Ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams under strict timelines. • Experience with trade compliance and ITAR/EAR-regulated documentation a plus. Additional Requirements: • Ability to work remote (This is fully remote position) • Comfortable working under US export control laws (must be a US Person per ITAR/EAR regulations). • Must adhere to all organization proprietary requirements regarding documentation and data security.
