Candidates should have 3-5+ years of experience in product design with a strong portfolio. Familiarity with accessibility standards and proficiency in design tools like Figma are essential.
We’re looking for a Product Designer who is passionate about transforming healthcare experiences. You’ll design intuitive, patient-centered, and clinician-friendly interfaces that make healthcare planning easy to understand and act on. This is a highly collaborative role where you’ll work closely with internal and external stakeholders to bring thoughtful design solutions to life. What You’ll Do As Product Designer for Patient and Clinician Platforms, you will lead the design of Koda Health’s care planning solutions, transforming complex clinical and patient workflows into intuitive, accessible experiences. Lead the design direction for patient- and clinician-facing tools, ensuring usability, accessibility, and empathy in every interaction Translate clinical workflows and patient needs into simple, accessible design solutions. Conduct user research to inform design decisions. Create design systems and maintain brand consistency across platforms Collaborate with product and engineering teams to ensure seamless handoff and implementation. Advocate for users and champion design thinking across the company 3–5+ years of experience in product design, with a strong portfolio of web & mobile Experience collaborating with engineers on front-end implementation and design QA Experience designing for clinician or patient-facing apps Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG) Proficiency in Figma or other modern design tools Experience working in early-stage venture-backed startups Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
