Overview Knowledge Services is seeking a Systems Analyst for a contract through the end of June 2026 (likely to extend) with the State of Maine Office of Technology. Applicants may work 100% remotely! This position will work 100% remotely (applicants residing in the EST or CST time zones are preferred) Applicants with prior State or Federal government experience are preferred Please note that we cannot accept any candidates requiring C2C or sponsorship for a work visa Responsibilities Systems Analyst Responsibilities: • Support an existing Data Warehouse development team with PowerBI, PowerApps, Oracle Analytics, Data Warehousing and other areas where analysis is needed. • Work closely with business stakeholders, data engineers, and BI developers to analyze requirements, design data models, and build systems that can deliver actionable insights through robust reporting tools. • Assist users with integrating PowerBI and PowerApps. Qualifications Systems Analyst Required Skills: • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.• Highly experienced in systems analysis, data warehousing, and business intelligence.• Proficiency in Power BI, SQL, Power Platform, and Oracle Analytics.• Experience with data modeling and ETL processes.• Strong analytical and communication skills with the ability to document requirements from business users.• Familiarity with cloud data platforms (e.g., Azure and Oracle Cloud) is a plus.
