We’re expanding rapidly and are seeking a Content Manager to own and drive the development, organization, and quality of our certification and learning products. The Role As our Content Manager, you will play a central role in shaping the voice, structure, and delivery of our products. You will: • Manage and maintain the content lifecycle for certification exams, practice tests, and curriculum. • Collaborate with subject matter experts, product owners, and instructional designers to create high-quality, engaging content. • Ensure content accuracy, consistency, and alignment with learning objectives and industry standards. • Own content governance, versioning, and documentation to support psychometrics and compliance (SOC 2, ISO 27001, etc.). • Oversee QA processes, ensuring that exam items and learning materials are reviewed, tested, and validated before release. • Support localization, accessibility, and continuous improvement of content for global distribution. Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field (Master’s a plus). • 3+ years in content management, instructional design, or curriculum development (EdTech experience preferred). • Strong writing, editing, and communication skills with attention to detail. • Experience using content management systems, authoring tools, and collaboration platforms. • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines across global stakeholders. • Familiarity with K–12, higher education, or IT certifications is a strong plus.
