Job Description: • Define the overall UX vision and strategy for agent tools. • Advocate for user-centered design principles throughout the organization. • Lead and mentor a team of UX designers, researchers, and front-end developers. • Oversee the end-to-end design process, from concept to implementation. • Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders. Requirements: • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or equivalent experience. • Proven track record (10+ years) of designing intuitive and delightful user experiences for web and mobile applications. • Proficiency in design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Framer, etc.). • Expert understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies. • Experience working with user research and usability testing. • Knowledge of current UX trends, best practices, and emerging technologies. • Strong understanding of accessibility. • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present and defend design decisions and strategies.
