Manage real estate transaction processing and deadlines to ensure timely and accurate closings.
At least 2 years of real estate or related transaction coordination experience and an active real estate license.
Job Description: • Perform non-licensed administrative tasks for real estate agents. • Identify and manage the contractual dates and deadlines and ensure the transaction is closed in a timely, efficient, and accurate manner. • Ensure your real estate license remains in good standing to perform authorized licensed tasks. • Collaborate closely with agent services department, agents or other third parties. • Organize all transaction details in applicable systems while providing continuous updates. • Serve as all deal stakeholder’s point-of-contact for agents and their clients through closing. • Own and execute full end-to-end transaction processing by entering transaction-related expenses. • Regularly update and manage communication with all parties involved in the transaction. • Prioritize service to the agent and all parties with a positive and engaging attitude. Requirements: • Minimum of 2 years Real Estate/mortgage/title administration/transaction coordination experience required. • Active real estate license in good standing, preferably in TX.
