Job Summary We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst specializing in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales (Customer Engagement / CE) to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in analyzing business needs, translating them into technical solutions, and supporting the deployment and optimization of Dynamics 365 Sales modules. This position offers an opportunity to work closely with sales and customer service teams to enhance operational efficiency and customer engagement strategies. Duties • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements related to sales processes and customer engagement. • Analyze existing workflows and identify opportunities for process improvements within Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales. • Assist in configuring and customizing Dynamics 365 CE to meet business needs, including creating dashboards, reports, and workflows. • Support data migration, integration, and testing activities to ensure seamless system functionality. • Provide user training and ongoing support to ensure effective adoption of the platform. • Act as a liaison between technical teams and end-users to facilitate communication and resolve issues promptly. • Monitor system performance and recommend enhancements for better efficiency and user experience. • Gather, document, and refine business requirements, translating them into functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria. • Configure the environment with the client specific information to meet requirements. Qualifications • Proven experience as a Business Analyst with a focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales or similar CRM platforms. • Strong understanding of sales processes, customer service principles, and CRM functionalities. • Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into clear business language. • Experience in gathering requirements, process mapping, and creating functional specifications. • Familiarity with data analysis, reporting tools, and system configuration within Dynamics 365 CE is preferred. • Customer service orientation with the ability to work collaboratively across departments. • Prior experience supporting sales teams or working in sales environments is advantageous. • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
