Right now, we are looking for a Marketing Operations Manager (m/f/d) to join our team at KNIME in Austin, TX or Remote US. Who you are The Marketing Operations Manager at KNIME ensures efficient campaign execution, managing the Marketing technology ecosystem and establishing governance frameworks. Reporting to the Director of Growth and Marketing Operations, the Marketing Operations Manager provides the operational backbone of the marketing function, enabling efficiency, compliance, and measurability of Marketing programs’ impact. By improving campaign execution, technology usage, automation, and process governance, this role ensures marketing efforts directly and efficiently contribute to revenue growth and pipeline health. That's the job Own the Marketing technology stack (primarily Hubspot), to ensure optimal usage and Collaborate with web, IT, Data and Compliance teams on integration across systems. Provide operational support for cross-channel, multi-touch Marketing campaigns, programs, and events. Design reusable templates, segmentation logic, and workflows, leveraging AI where possible, to enable personalization of marketing campaigns at scale and to ensure accurate targeting across channels. Partner with Marketing, RevOps, Sales and the Data teams to continuously improve the lead management process (including routing, scoring, and data hygiene) and attribution across channels and campaigns Partner with Email and Growth Marketers to support automation and personalization initiatives using marketing tools, and provide an Ops lens to running nurture sequences or other related programs. Establish governance frameworks, playbooks, and processes (around campaign execution, channel attribution, lead flow, and more) - with detailed documentation. Support the tracking and analyzing of KPIs across campaigns, channels, and programs to measure marketing effectiveness. What we offer
