Immediate RN Clinical Consultant - ADA Medical Accommodation Review remote contract opportunity. This is a 100% remote/work from home position. Pay Rate: $85.00/hr Work Details • Monday to Friday / 40 hours per week • Work from home/remote position Contract Details: • Start Date: ASAP • End Date: 12/31/2025 (possible extension) Job Details • The Clinical Consultant is responsible for conducting clinical reviews of medical job accommodation requests submitted under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). • This role ensures that all requests are evaluated in accordance with federal and state disability laws, internal policies, and best practices. • The consultant serves as a key liaison between employees, healthcare providers, HR Compliance, and line-of-business managers to facilitate the support the interactive process and determine reasonable accommodations. Key Responsibilities • Clinical Review & Documentation • Interactive Process Facilitation • Decision Support & Communication • Compliance & Reporting • Training & Resource Development Qualifications • RN, NP, or other licensed clinical credentials. • 3+ years of experience in occupational health, disability management, or ADA compliance. • Strong understanding of ADA, FMLA, and related employment laws. • Experience with Workday or similar HRIS platforms preferred. • Familiarity with ergonomic and workplace accommodation tools preferred.
