Position: Enterprise Account Manager We are looking for a strategic, high-performing Enterprise Account Manager with deep experience in advertising and digital media. This role will focus on managing and expanding relationships with enterprise-level brands, ensuring adoption and long-term value creation. The ideal candidate will bring a track record of working with large advertisers and their agencies, with strong fluency in programmatic media, performance marketing, and eCommerce dynamics. You will work cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Partnerships to ensure Klickly’s platform is delivering measurable value to enterprise clients. Essential Responsibilities: • Own and manage a book of enterprise-level clients, ensuring long-term success and account expansion • Act as the primary point of contact for strategic brands and their agency partners • Work closely with cross-functional teams to execute complex media activations, data partnerships, and brand-specific growth plans • Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts and pitch upsell opportunities based on performance insights • Provide expert-level guidance on Klickly’s capabilities across digital advertising, programmatic, affiliate, and data • Ensure all client projects are executed flawlessly and performance is regularly analyzed and optimized • Present QBRs and other performance reviews, translating insights into strategy • Track client health and proactively mitigate churn risk • Contribute to refining Klickly’s enterprise product roadmap via client feedback • Required Skills & Experience: • 5–7 years of experience in a client-facing role managing digital advertising campaigns or SaaS solutions for enterprise brands • Prior experience working with eCommerce, CPG, or DTC brands • Strong understanding of the digital ad ecosystem (programmatic, affiliate, retail media, etc.) • Experience selling or managing solutions involving customer acquisition, media buying, or performance marketing • Excellent client communication, presentation, and strategic thinking skills • A history of hitting revenue targets and growing accounts • Experience working with or at advertising agencies is a plus • Familiarity with CRM tools like HubSpot or Salesforce • Highly organized, proactive, and able to work cross-functionally in a remote team environment Other details: • Competitive compensation, commensurate with experience • Equity in the company • Unlimited PTO + company holidays • Klickly believes that diversity of ideas and perspectives drives better innovation, engagement, and outcomes.
