The Role We’re hiring an Enterprise Advertising Account Manager who comes from the performance agency world (think Tinuiti, WPromote, Power Digital, MuteSix, New Engen or similar). You’ll manage and grow enterprise-level brand accounts, turning insights and attribution data into real revenue results. You’ll collaborate with Product, Data, and Partnerships teams to deliver world-class performance marketing strategies that scale efficiently across channels. What You’ll Do • Own a portfolio of enterprise-level eCommerce brands, driving adoption, retention, and measurable account growth • Lead media strategy across paid and organic channels, integrating Klickly’s data platform to deliver measurable ROI • Translate performance data into clear, actionable recommendations • Guide clients through attribution, incrementality, and ROI analysis • Partner cross-functionally to implement creative, technical, and data-driven growth solutions • Present performance reviews and QBRs with clear outcomes and next steps • Identify upsell opportunities based on performance insights What You Bring • 5–7 years managing paid-media or performance-marketing accounts at a growth or creative agency (Tinuiti, WPromote, Power Digital, MuteSix, New Engen or similar) • Deep understanding of attribution and measurement tools (Northbeam, Triple Whale, Rockerbox, GA4, etc.) • Proven success managing $500K+ monthly ad budgets and driving ROI for eCommerce or DTC brands • Strong ability to translate complex analytics into business outcomes • Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills with senior-level clients • Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce) and experience working cross-functionally • Highly organized, proactive, and results-driven Why Klickly • Tight, talented team where creative meets data • Real ownership — your strategies directly shape how major brands scale • Tech that actually makes your job easier (no 20-tab juggling) • $90–120K OTE plus equity • Unlimited PTO + company holidays • Remote-first culture built on trust, innovation, and collaboration
