This role is central to maintaining independence, clarity, and operational discipline across all oversight interactions. You will brief the Founder, coordinate with the CSO/EVP, and act as Klaritee’s primary executive representative in high-stakes governance, national-security, and regulatory conversations. Ideal Background • Senior federal, national security, regulatory, legal, or intelligence leadership experience. • Ability to engage at a high level with former agency heads, federal commissioners, and senior oversight officials. • Exceptional judgment, communication discipline, and command presence. • Experience managing complex, long-horizon governance or safety processes. Ideal profiles may include: former Deputy General Counsel (DoD), DHS leadership, senior intelligence/legal officers, high-level regulatory counsel, or Assistant Secretary–tier professionals. Why Join Klaritee Klaritee is building a deterministic intelligence architecture designed for long-term safety, system-level clarity, and federal-grade governance. As the Chief Council Officer & Senior Vice President, you will help shape that foundation at the highest level. You will lead the development of Klaritee’s governance and security operations division from the ground up, defining the standards and processes that anchor deterministic AI safety and oversight. In this role, you will work directly with senior government leaders, regulators, and KFSC members shaping national and global safety discourse, while influencing the direction of an entirely new class of intelligence built on structure, geometric reasoning, and verifiable clarity rather than probabilistic drift. You will operate with meaningful authority and independence in a position engineered for long-range institutional impact. This is a position for someone who wants to leave a lasting imprint on the governance architecture of a new field, not just advise it, but build it. • *HONEST APPLICATION NOTICE** This role requires demonstrated senior-level experience, operational judgment, domain authority, and governance. Please evaluate your background thoroughly and honestly before applying. Submissions that are clearly misaligned with the stated requirements, including applications lacking the necessary credentials, executive experience, or operational relevance, will be permanently removed from consideration for future opportunities at Klaritee. This policy protects the integrity of the Klaritee Federal Safety Council, ensures a fair and responsible review process, and preserves the time of applicants whose expertise genuinely aligns with this nationally impactful role. If you are truly qualified, this notice will not deter you. If you are not, it is your signal to refrain.
