Job Title: Google Workspace Administrator & Collaboration Platform Engineer Location: Seattle, WA Required Skills and Qualifications: • 8-15 years of hands-on experience with Google Workspace administration, including Admin Console, Gmail, Drive, Vault, and Gemini. • Proven experience with collaboration platforms such as Smartsheet and Lucidchart. • Strong scripting and automation skills using Google Apps Script, Python, PowerShell, and GAM to automate administrative tasks and improve operational efficiency. • In-depth experience with security and governance in collaboration platforms, including DLP, data residency, SSO/SAML, OAuth, and compliance controls. • Extensive experience with large-scale enterprise migrations and global rollouts (e.g., M365 → Google Drive). • Solid understanding of IT asset management practices and experience optimizing platform licensing at an enterprise scale. • Expertise in leading collaboration platform integrations across various enterprise systems and business units. • Ability to manage and drive cross-functional projects and collaborate with diverse teams (InfoSec, Compliance, IAM, and leadership). • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, including the ability to mentor and guide technical teams. • Previous experience in leading or guiding teams, providing technical direction and acting as an escalation point for complex issues. • Experience with project management related to platform upgrades, migrations, and collaboration strategy development. • Leadership skills with a focus on mentoring engineers and guiding them through technical challenges.
