Overview We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Personal Lines Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role is essential in providing exceptional service and sales to our customers, contributing to a positive customer experience. Duties • Manage existing Personal Lines customer policies. • Upselling and cross-selling insurance products. • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions using computerized systems. • Handle cash transactions and ensure accurate cash handling procedures are followed. • Collaborate with team members to resolve complex customer issues effectively. • Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills. Experience • Previous experience in personal lines customer service role is preferred, especially in a call center environment. • Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to better serve our diverse clientele. • Proficiency in data entry and computer systems is essential for maintaining accurate records. • Strong typing skills with attention to detail to ensure effective communication. • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively with customers.
