Title: QI Data Assistant Department: Quality Improvement Status: Hourly Position: Administration Classification/Category: Non-exempt Location: Corporate Office Reports To: Quality Manager Summary of Position Under the direct supervision of the Quality Manager, this position provides administrative and project support for designated staff members, including the Chief Quality Officer. In addition to administrative support, performs duties such as data entry, meeting organization, meeting notes/action items and communicating with employees throughout the organization. Drafts correspondence and assembles confidential and sensitive information. Independent judgement is required to plan, prioritize, and organize diversified workload. Upload documents in DMS on a regular basis and, will provide support for any special project as directed by the supervisor. Minimum Qualifications: • Two years’ experience in similar role, or equivalent education. • Excellent oral and written communication skills. • Strong organizational skills and able to work independently with little supervision. • Experience working in Microsoft Office suite of software including Word, Excel, PowerPoint; applicant must be Proficient in Microsoft Office Outlook calendar. • Experience with drafting/writing communications to various stakeholders. • Experience in data entry; applicant must be able to accurately and timely input data. • Ability to effectively maintain confidentiality of records and communicate with all levels of personnel • Must be able to sit, stand and walk for long periods of time • Valid driver’s license Education: Associates degree with experience required four-year degree preferred Certification(s)/Licensure: None Key Responsibilities: • Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. • Provide administrative support to designated staff members. • Assisting in preparing, editing and formatting documents for departmental meetings • Assist with the preparation of project reports and correspondence • Consult with relevant staff regarding resource materials to be edited/printed and distributed as it relates to meeting follow-up items • Perform clerical duties in order to maintain Kintegra Health administration • Perform other duties as assigned.
