Job Description Job Description Benefits: 401(k) matching Health insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Job Responsibilities: Safely and efficiently operate sit-down forklifts to load, unload, and move products within the warehouse Operate Cherry Picker (Order Picker) equipment for high-rack picking Experience with Reach Truck is a strong plus Assist with general warehouse duties, including labeling, picking, packing, replenishment, and light lifting Maintain a clean and safe work environment in accordance with company and California safety standards Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor Job Requirements: Must be legally authorized to work in the United States Proven experience operating sit-down forklifts Proficiency with Cherry Picker required; Reach Truck experience preferred Ability to lift up to 4050 lbs as needed Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment while following safety rules Reliable, punctual, and responsible work ethic Work Schedule: Monday to Friday Standard 8-hour shifts (overtime may be required depending on workload; overtime is paid according to California labor laws) Compensation: Hourly Rate: $18-22/hr, depending on experience Overtime paid at California-mandated rates (1.5x / 2x) Paid Sick Leave and other basic benefits as required by California law Additional company benefits may be provided based on internal policy Location: City of Industry, California
