Provide administrative support including managing correspondence, scheduling, clerical duties, and maintaining office operations.
Experience as an administrative assistant or similar role, proficiency with office software, strong communication and organizational skills, and ability to work independently.
Responsibilities: - Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office - Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other correspondence - Perform clerical duties, such as filing, photocopying, and transcribing - Maintain office supplies and equipment inventory - Coordinate and schedule appointments and meetings - Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and data entry - Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner - Provide excellent customer service to clients and visitors - Perform general office duties, such as ordering supplies and maintaining office cleanliness Experience: - Proven experience as an administrative assistant or relevant role - Proficient in computer skills, including Google Suite and other office software - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks - Attention to detail and problem-solving skills - Ability to work independently with minimal supervision - Knowledge of office management systems and procedures We offer a competitive salary package for this position.
