(Part-Time | Fully Remote | 1-Year Internship) Overview We are seeking a driven and motivated Marketing & Partnerships Associate to support the growth of several high-priority initiatives across sports, entertainment, and technology. This role is ideal for anyone looking to gain hands-on experience in marketing strategy, partnerships, influencer marketing, and business development while working closely with senior leadership. This is a fully remote, part-time position averaging 10 hours per week (approximately 2 hours per day) and is structured as a 1-year internship with meaningful responsibility and exposure. Key Responsibilities The Marketing & Partnerships Associate will support multiple growth-focused initiatives across marketing, partnerships, and operations, including: Marketing Research & Program Development • Assist with research, analysis, and execution support for large-scale digital marketing and loyalty initiatives • Monitor trends, competitor activity, and performance insights • Support campaign ideation, influencer-related initiatives, and reporting needs Partnerships & Business Development Support • Research and identify prospective brand, retail, and partnership leads • Support outreach efforts and lead organization • Assist in partnership development efforts that result in new purchase orders and revenue opportunities • Track partnership conversations, pipelines, and commission-related activity League & Brand Growth Support • Assist with day-to-day growth initiatives for a professional sports league • Support marketing deliverables, partner communications, and strategic initiatives • Help coordinate tasks related to brand expansion, content needs, and operational execution Reporting, Royalties & Data Management • Support royalty reporting for brand and partnership clients • Assist with data entry, tracking, and organization across client accounts • Maintain accurate records related to deliverables, payments, commissions, and reporting timelines • Help ensure internal documentation and reporting are up to date and organized Qualifications & Requirements • Preferred areas of study: Marketing, Sports Business Management, Sales, Communications, or related fields • Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment • Extroverted, confident communicator with a proactive mindset • Detail-oriented with strong research, organization, and follow-through skills • Must have access to a PC/laptop and reliable internet • Efficient in Google Suite and Microsoft Office Products What You’ll Gain • Direct mentorship and hands-on learning from the Executive Director and senior leadership team • Real-world experience supporting national-level marketing and partnership initiatives • Exposure to influencer marketing, brand partnerships, and sports business strategy Additional Details • Time Commitment: 10-15 hours per week (part-time) • Location: Fully remote • Duration: 1-year internship
