Duties & Responsibilities: • Review and process incoming paperwork to respective accounts • Maintain Electronic Filing Systems • Work closely with Executive Management to work on projects • Perform other general clerical duties as assigned • Dependable -- more reliable than spontaneous • People-oriented - enjoys interacting with people and working on group projects • Adaptable/flexible - enjoys doing work that requires frequent shifts in direction • Achievement-oriented - enjoys taking on challenges, even if they might fail • Autonomous/Independent - enjoys working with little direction Job Requirements: • Customer Service Experience (1 Year) • Professionalism is a must • Strong written and oral communication • Strong customer service experience including in-person, inbound and outbound phone calls • Advanced computer skills • Proficient in Microsoft Office (including Word and Excel), Adobe, and Google Suite Job Type: Full-time Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour Benefits: • 401(k) • 401(k) matching • Dental insurance • Health insurance • Paid time off • Vision insurance Work Location: In person
