CNA/Direct Support Professional (DSP) instructional level full-time position responsible for providing direct care services to individuals of varying ages, diagnoses, and needs, as well as CAG/CAI service and programs for continuous compliance and quality improvement. • *Must be available to work from 7am-9am and 2:30pm-8pm Monday through Friday** If you are looking to join an award winning team, apply today! Implement plans of care; (i.e. Progress Notes, Outing Notes, Behavior Documents, etc.) 2. Understand the needs of individuals affected by cognitive impairments; 3. Assist individual with personal care and activities of daily living (ADLs) to include bathing, dressing, feeding, toiletry, and so on; 4. Assist individual with participation in recreation/leisure activities; 5. Complete necessary documentation; 6. Work as secondary on-sight staff if CPR or first aid needs occur in center or on outings; 7. Assist individual with other personal care tasks in accordance with individual’s needs; 8. Be available for emergency calls to assist in crisis intervention; and, 9.
