Position Summary: Kind Lending is seeking a motivated Mortgage Recruiting Dialer with 1–3 years minimum experience (3+ years preferred) in outbound mortgage recruiting outreach. This role focuses on generating top-of-funnel recruiting activity, targeting producing Loan Officers in established and emerging markets using dialing systems, CRM/BI recruiting tools, and lead intelligence platforms such as Big Purple Dot, InGenius, and others. The Dialer initiates contact, builds relationships, identifies candidate pain points, and hands off qualified prospects to senior recruiters or Retail leadership for deeper engagement. Responsibilities: Outbound Sourcing & Cold Calling • Make high-volume outbound calls to producing LOs across targeted markets. • Utilize BI tools, contact lists, existing book of contacts, and heat-mapped lead sources. • Identify candidate motivations, frustrations, and interest points. Pipeline Generation • Warm prospects through repeated contact cycles and nurture campaigns. • Conduct initial qualification of candidate production, market alignment, and cultural fit. • Schedule introductions with Senior Recruiters or Retail leadership. SLA & Performance Standards • Maintain minimum daily/weekly call volume, talk time, and contact rates. • Update CRM/ATS with accurate notes and call outcomes. • Achieve monthly quotas for qualified handoffs to senior recruiting staff. KPI EXPECTATIONS • Daily dials (e.g., 80–120+) • Daily talk time minimums (1.5–2.5 hours depending on pipeline) • Weekly qualified handoff targets • Accuracy and timeliness within CRM • Monthly/quarterly conversion goals Qualifications: • 1–3+ years of dialing, lead generation, or entry-level recruiting experience. • Experience in the mortgage industry is strongly required. • Familiarity with BI recruiting platforms (Big Purple Dot, InGenius, MMI, Mobility Market Intelligence). • Strong communication and rapport-building skills. • Ability to work in a performance-driven environment. Pay Disclosure: The starting base salary range for this position is $31.25/hr. The actual base is dependent on many factors such as: work experience, business needs, market demands, and other compensation components. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. Work Authorization: Must be able to verify identity and employment eligibility to work in the U.S. without a visa sponsorship.
