Role Overview: As the Mobile Concrete Plant Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of the mobile concrete plant to ensure efficient production, quality control, and safety compliance. Your leadership will be critical in maintaining high standards and supporting project timelines across multiple sites. What You'll Do: - You will manage the setup, operation, and maintenance of the mobile concrete plant. - You will ensure all concrete production meets quality and safety standards. - You will coordinate with project managers and site supervisors to align production schedules with project needs. - You will supervise and train plant staff to optimize performance and safety. - You will monitor inventory levels and order materials as needed to prevent downtime. - You will implement and enforce safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment. - You will troubleshoot operational issues promptly to minimize delays. - You will maintain accurate production and maintenance records. What You Bring: - You have at least 5 years of experience managing concrete plant operations, preferably mobile plants. - You possess strong knowledge of concrete mix designs, production processes, and quality control. - You have proven leadership skills with experience supervising teams. - You are familiar with safety regulations and compliance in construction environments. - You have excellent communication and organizational skills. - You are proficient with basic computer applications and production tracking software. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience working in heavy civil construction or related industries. - Certifications in concrete technology or plant management. - Familiarity with environmental regulations related to concrete production. - Ability to operate heavy equipment or machinery.
