Role Overview: As the Mobile Concrete Plant Manager, you will oversee the operations of mobile concrete plants to ensure efficient production and delivery of high-quality concrete. Your leadership will be critical in maintaining safety standards, optimizing plant performance, and supporting project timelines across various construction sites. What You'll Do: - You will manage daily operations of mobile concrete plants, ensuring consistent production quality and output. - You will coordinate with project managers and site supervisors to align concrete delivery schedules with project needs. - You will enforce safety protocols and compliance with industry regulations to maintain a safe working environment. - You will oversee maintenance and troubleshooting of plant equipment to minimize downtime. - You will lead and train plant staff, fostering a culture of teamwork and continuous improvement. - You will monitor inventory levels of raw materials and coordinate timely procurement. - You will prepare operational reports and analyze production data to identify areas for efficiency gains. - You will collaborate with quality control teams to ensure concrete meets specified standards. What You Bring: - Minimum of 5 years experience managing concrete plant operations, preferably in mobile or ready-mix environments. - Strong knowledge of concrete production processes, equipment, and quality control standards. - Proven leadership skills with experience managing and developing teams. - Excellent organizational and communication skills to coordinate across multiple projects. - Ability to troubleshoot mechanical and operational issues effectively. - Familiarity with safety regulations and compliance in construction settings.
