Role Overview: As a Door and Hardware Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of door and hardware projects from inception to completion. Your role is critical in ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet the highest standards of quality and compliance. What You'll Do: - You will coordinate and manage door and hardware projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to specifications. - You will collaborate with architects, contractors, and suppliers to ensure seamless project execution. - You will oversee procurement, installation, and quality control of door and hardware components. - You will develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and documentation. - You will conduct site visits to monitor progress and resolve any issues promptly. - You will ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and client requirements. - You will lead and mentor project teams to foster a collaborative and productive work environment. - You will communicate project status and updates effectively to stakeholders. What You Bring: - Minimum of 5 years of experience in door and hardware project management or related construction management roles. - Strong knowledge of door and hardware specifications, codes, and industry standards. - Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with excellent organizational skills. - Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills. - Ability to read and interpret architectural and construction drawings.
