Overview Kimley-Horn is seeking a Senior Mechanical Project Manager with 10+ years of experience to join the Nashville, TN office! This is not a remote position. Responsibilities Project Management role is in conjunction with lead engineer responsibilities. Requires the ability to oversee the design of projects from concept to completion, including continuous interface with the design team and clients. Proven design experience with MEP building technology systems and related projects. Strong verbal and written communication skills and critical thinking ability Write responses to Requests for Proposals and Requests for Qualifications for various clients and marketing opportunities Ability to work individually or in a multi-discipline team Mentor and coordinate the work of designers and other technical staff on various mechanical or multi-discipline projects Manage and deliver tasks under minimal supervision and guidance Qualifications 10+ years of related experience Proven design experience with MEP building technology systems and related projects Experience mentoring and coordinating the work of designers, and other technical staff on various mechanical or multi-discipline projects Able to manage and deliver tasks under minimal supervision and guidance Experience in AutoCAD and Revit is a plus Strong verbal and written communication skills and critical thinking ability Ability to work individually or in a multi-discipline team Why Kimley-Horn?
