Overview Kimley-Horn is looking for a Project Coordinator to support our growing Bellevue, Washington (WA) office! This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and enjoys keeping complex projects organized, moving, and well-communicated. As a Project Coordinator, you’ll support projects from start to finish while working closely with engineers, clients, agencies, and internal teams nationwide. Your work will directly support national clients and high-impact real estate projects! Responsibilities Project & Client Coordination Manage tasks throughout the full project lifecycle for national clients Serve as a point of contact for project expectations, schedules, permitting, and deliverables Coordinate with internal staff and external contractors locally and nationally Facilitate client communications including proposals, contracts, letters, and transmittals Permitting and Documentation Coordinate project submittals with jurisdictions, cities, utilities, and agencies Research agency and permitting requirements Track tasks, schedules, and client deliverables Compile, assemble, and finalize reports and large production packages Operational & Financial Support Assist engineering staff with contract processes and insurance certificate requests Support billing efforts, including invoice reviews and job status tracking Prepare weekly trackers and status updates for clients Document/Data Management Create, proofread, edit, format, and finalize project-related documents Draft, edit, and finalize real estate and legal documents in support of the Real Estate practice Conduct property record searches Maintain electronic and paper filing systems Create cost summaries and market studies using Excel Additional Office Support (as needed) Order supplies and coordinate facilities needs Schedule equipment maintenance Coordinate shipping and courier services Assist with general office tasks as needed (not a primary function) Qualifications Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree with 6+ years of relevant experience OR High school diploma (or equivalent) with 8+ years of relevant experience Excellent verbal and written communication skills Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) Proficiency in Adobe Acrobat Professional Strong proofreading, formatting, and editing skills Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities Positive, client-focused, and proactive mindset Ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders Comfortable performing in a fast-paced environment with deadlines Ability to travel on a limited basis Salary Range: $73,000 - $84,000 Eligible for Performance Based Bonus Compensation Why Kimley-Horn?
