About You In one of our Supply Chain roles, you’ll focus on winning with consumers and the market, while putting safety, mutual respect, and human dignity at the center. This role will: Lead the development of a global procurement strategy and ensure seamless alignment with local, regional and global requirements. Collaborate with cross functional product owners across Procurement, Planning, Logistics, Transportation, Manufacturing, Quality and Safety teams to achieve challenging goals. Develop strategic supplier partnerships that deliver measurable business opportunities and continuous innovation. Lead peer and cross-functional teams across multiple levels of the organization in the creation and execution of Moist Wipes strategies and initiatives. Drive out single source suppliers where applicable and lead informed RFx events to achieve a balanced scorecard for the category. Partner with other ECM Procurement team members in the ownership and execution of all commercial terms and supplier negotiations. To succeed in this role, you will need the following qualifications: Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, engineering, or relevant field. 7+ years of Procurement, Supply Chain, or related business experience. Experience in Strategic Sourcing, Category Management, and Stakeholder Management. Experience developing multi-year category and supplier relationship strategies across a diverse product and supplier portfolio. Strong negotiation skills with experience leveraging data and benchmarking to achieve target contract structures and pricing agreements. Demonstrated ability to lead and manage programs within a matrixed, global organization, effectively navigating diverse business strategies, cultures, and time zones. Ability to travel up to 25% to support collaboration and alignment across regions and stakeholders. Preferred Qualifications Experience working with Coupa, SAP, and ETQ. Experience with non-wovens based products through supply chain or technical roles. Understanding of finished product manufacturing processes. Led by Purpose. Driven by You. Salary Range: 127,600 – 157,600 USD At Kimberly-Clark, pay is just one aspect of our total rewards package, which also includes a variety of benefits and opportunities to achieve, thrive and grow. Along with base pay, this position offers eligibility for a target bonus and a comprehensive benefits suite, including our 401(k) and Profit Sharing plan. The anticipated base pay range for this role is provided above for a fully qualified hire. Actual pay will depend on several factors, such as location, role, skills, performance, and experience.
