Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Instructor to join our educational team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education and a commitment to fostering a positive learning environment for students. This role involves working with young learners PK-6th Grade, running an engaging, hands-on Robotics lesson plans, and implementing effective classroom management strategies. experiences with FIRST competition is plus. The Instructor will play a crucial role in shaping the educational experiences of students and supporting their academic and personal growth. Duties • Develop and implement lesson plans that align with curriculum standards and cater to the diverse needs of students. • Manage classroom behavior effectively to create a safe and conducive learning environment. • Provide individualized support to students, including tutoring when necessary, to enhance their understanding of subjects. • Conduct standardized testing and assess student progress regularly to inform instructional strategies. • Collaborate with colleagues to develop curriculum materials that promote comprehensive learning experiences. • Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with educational best practices and methodologies. • Foster positive relationships with students, parents, and staff to build a supportive school community. • Teach physical education classes, promoting health and fitness among students. Qualifications • Bachelor's degree or currently enrolled • Experience working with young children in an educational setting is highly desirable. • Strong skills in classroom management and the ability to maintain an organized learning environment. • Proficiency in lesson planning and curriculum development tailored for early childhood education. • Ability to teach stem education effectively, encouraging active lifestyles among students. • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to engage effectively with students, parents, and colleagues.
