Position Overview The Recruiter will manage the full recruitment lifecycle for multiple clients while helping shape our processes and service delivery. The ideal candidate has strong sourcing abilities, confident communication skills, and experience negotiating contracts or offer terms. Key Responsibilities Manage full-cycle recruitment: intake calls, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates. Collaborate with clients to understand hiring needs, job requirements, and cultural fit. Source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, Boolean searches, referrals, and targeted outreach. Build and maintain a healthy and proactive candidate pipeline. Conduct structured interviews and evaluate candidates for skill and culture alignment. Present qualified candidates to clients with clear summaries and insights. Coordinate all interview stages and maintain communication between clients and candidates. Negotiate compensation packages, contract terms, or agreements with candidates and clients when needed. Maintain accurate and organized records in the ATS. Support process improvement initiatives as the agency grows. Assist with light business development or market research when needed. Qualifications 2–4+ years of recruitment experience, ideally in a fast-paced environment. Strong sourcing and pipeline-building skills. Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation abilities. Experience with contract or offer negotiation. Ability to handle multiple roles and priorities simultaneously. Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working remotely in a startup environment. Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and modern recruiting tools.
