Role Overvie wWe’re looking for a social coordinator to help us build a content factory and an engaged social community for our brand. This role will support day-to-day social execution, community management across all platforms, and content creation – the ideal candidate is someone comfortable with content creation and proficient with creation tools who can act as a content creator themselves. This candidate is scrappy, highly creative, culturally aware, trend driven, and thrives in a fast-paced startup environment . Key Responsibiliti • esManage daily posting, scheduling, and monitoring across social platforms (IG, TikTok, Snapchat, Y • T)Assist in creating content (short-form video, photography, copywriting) aligned with brand voice and at times, featuring themselves on Khloud social channe • lsMonitor trends and proactively pitch new ideas (expected daily/weekly) to keep Khloud culturally releva • ntEngage with followers, respond to comments/DMs, and foster communi • tyTrack social performance metrics and report insights to the marketing team week ly Qualificati • ons1–3 years of experience in social media, ideally in CPG, food, or lifestyle brands, or as an influencer/creator themsel • vesStrong understanding of TikTok & Instagram trends and creator culture, and highly attuned to cultural trend and nuan • cesHands-on content creation skills (shooting, editing, basic desi • gn)Excellent copywriting and community engagement instin • ctsHighly organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple deliverables at one and moving fast in a startup environm • entExceptional communication and relationship-building ski • llsAbility to operate with a high level of discreti on.
