Job Details Job Location: Store 528 - 2911 Colorado Blvd Idaho Springs (Jennys TSE) - Idaho Springs, CO Position Type: Full-Time/Part-Time Education Level: High School Salary Range: $17.00 - $18.00 Hourly Travel Percentage: None Job Shift: Any Job Category: Customer Service Description Job Title: Customer Service Representative Department: Operations Hiring Range: $17-$18/hr. depending on store location, merit, and employee experience (may be eligible for pay increase after 90-day probationary period) FLSA: Non-exempt (eligible for overtime) DOL Status: Full-time and part-time available Position Summary: The Customer Service Representative (CSR) is responsible for ensuring safety, profitability, and providing excellent customer service. This is an hourly, non-exempt position that reports to the Store Manager on the maintenance and operation of the company-owned retail facility.
