RESPONSIBILITIES: Kforce has a client that is seeking a Data Analyst/Data Mapper in Frisco, TX. Summary: We are seeking a proficient Data Analyst/Data Mapper to join our team, focusing on Salesforce (SFDC) environments. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing and mapping data to support various business processes, ensuring data integrity and accuracy. This role requires strong expertise in SFDC CRM, Excel, and data modeling tools. Key Responsibilities: Data Analysis: • Analyze data and reports generated from SFDC to support Opportunity Management, Lead Management, and Deal Registration processes • Utilize Excel to perform detailed data analysis and generate insightful reports • Provide data-driven insights to support business decision-making Data Mapping: • Map data across different systems and ensure data consistency and accuracy • Develop and maintain data mapping documentation to support integration and migration projects • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and ensure alignment with business processes REQUIREMENTS: • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field • 3+ years of experience in data analysis and data mapping, with a focus on Salesforce (SFDC) environments • Proficiency in Excel for data analysis and reporting • Strong understanding of SFDC CRM, including Opportunity Management, Lead Management, and Deal Registration processes • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well in a collaborative team environment Preferred Qualifications: • Experience with CRMA (Customer Relationship Management Analytics) • Familiarity with Sales IDS, QlikView, and other data modeling tools • Experience with agile methodologies and project management tools like Jira or Confluence The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future. We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave. Note: Pay is not considered compensation until it is earned, vested and determinable. The amount and availability of any compensation remains in Kforce's sole discretion unless and until paid and may be modified in its discretion consistent with the law.
