Kforce has an enterprise client that is seeking a Project/Program Manager IV in Miami, FL. Overview: We are looking for a PR contractor, US Hispanic, to cover a maternity leave. Based in Miami and reporting to the Head of Communications for LATCANZ (Latin America, Canada, Australia, New Zealand), you will lead publicity campaigns, manage brand reputation, and provide strategic communications counsel across the US Hispanic market. This role requires an accomplished communications leader who will serve as a strategic partner, building and maintaining vital relationships with media representatives and business leaders to drive positive sentiment and business results. The ideal candidate will excel at managing complex publicity campaigns and communications programs across multiple stakeholders, from content launches and talent relations to corporate announcements. You will deliver clear and consistent messaging that aligns with broader business objectives, and leverage data-driven insights to identify trends and manage reputational risks. Success in this position requires someone who is fully bilingual in English/Spanish, can balance strategic planning with tactical execution, demonstrate strong leadership capabilities, and drive productive outcomes through stakeholder collaboration. You will develop comprehensive PR strategies for the company MGM Studios content and Prime Video initiatives while driving operational excellence through cross-functional collaboration. This role demands someone who can anticipate potential risks, implement mitigation strategies, and maintain flexibility in meeting dynamic business needs while ensuring quality deliverables within established timelines.* Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, or a related field • 8+ years of proven track record of communications experience, with significant experience in entertainment, media, or technology sectors in the US Hispanic market • Experience managing relationships with senior stakeholders and executives • Experience of US-Hispanic audience; Latinos in the US can understand the nuances of this audience and how to reach them; Differences in culture between different countries in the Latino community (Example: differences in culture from Mexico, Puerto Rico, etc.) • Experience in creating and delivering global and local strategies • Experience with crisis communications • Established network of media and industry contacts • Experience managing agency partners • Strong project management and organizational skills • Excellence in written and verbal communication in English and Spanish; Written and oral communication
