Kforce has a client that is seeking a Maximo Business Analyst in Armonk, NY. Summary: We are seeking a Maximo Business Analyst on urgent basis with strong experience in Company Maximo with Gas Utilities domain knowledge. This role will serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, focusing on gathering requirements, mapping them to Maximo capabilities, and supporting the delivery of solutions aligned with business needs. Key Responsibilities: Gathering & Analysis: • Engage with business stakeholders to understand processes, pain points, and requirements • Map business needs to Maximo functionalities for optimal fitment Documentation & Communication: • Explain Maximo capabilities and best practices to business users • Write detailed user stories and functional specification documents • Collaborate with the Maximo Solution Architect to refine user stories for solutioning and development Testing & Validation: • Prepare UAT test cases and coordinate User Acceptance Testing with business teams • Ensure delivered solutions meet business requirements and quality standards Roadmap & Advisory: • Assist business in defining a Maximo roadmap for future enhancements and upgrades • Provide guidance on leveraging Maximo for process optimization and compliance • Proven experience as a Business Analyst in IBM Maximo implementations or upgrades • Experience in UAT planning and execution • Strong understanding of Gas Utilities domain processes (asset management, work management, regulatory compliance) • Knowledge of Maximo Application Suite (MAS) and its key functionalities • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps) • Ability to translate business requirements into functional specifications and user stories The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law.
