Responsibilities Kforce's client, a global professional services company in New York, NY, is seeking an Accounting & Financial Systems Analyst/Accountant. This role is a dual role: 50% FP&A and Accounting, 50% systems projects focused on ERPs, Artificial Intelligence and Robotics. The work schedule is heavy work from home (in office is 1x a month). Hours are only 40 hours per week most weeks. This is a growth, M&A driven story where you can put your stamp on things. You will be immersed in the biggest trends in accounting: Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Robotics Process Automation (RPA). This position is created by growth and a promotion in the department. You will report to hiring manager that also massively progressed in 10 years. Duties will include: • ERP and Financial System Projects • Process improvement and automation; Including those focused on Robotics and Artificial Intelligence • Financial reporting • FP&A: budget, forecast, variance analysis • Account Analysis and reconciliation • Collaboration with major stakeholders Requirements • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or Information Systems • 1-4 years of experience • NetSuite a plus • Workday (and Adaptive) a plus • Oracle a plus The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future. We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave. Note: Pay is not considered compensation until it is earned, vested and determinable.
