Responsibilities Kforce is supporting a client to hire a Digital Paid Media Manager in Brookfield, WI. This role requires a balance of strategic planning and hands-on execution, collaborating with regional marketing teams, brand presidents, and agency partners to ensure measurable outcomes. Summary: Acting as the subject matter expert across all our digital paid media channels, this role will serve as a player/coach with responsibilities including budget oversight, campaign management, agency oversight, data analysis, reporting, and optimizing marketing programs to ensure positive ROI. Duties: • Monitor daily/weekly/monthly performance, proactively identifying shifts, seasonality trends, or inefficiencies; Build and maintain dashboards, performance reports, and insights using first-party data, platform analytics, and marketing attribution tools; Translate complex data into actionable recommendations for leadership and cross-functional teams • Work with brand and regional marketing managers to track, monitor, and update campaign and account budgets; Ensure pacing is in line with annual budget plans and expectations; Provide recommendations on budget allocations to improve spending efficiency and performance optimizations • Act as the primary point of contact for paid media agencies, ensuring flawless execution and alignment with Company goals; Hold partners accountable to performance, timelines, optimization cycles, and reporting standards; Review and approve media plans, budgets, forecasts, and creative recommendations • Partner with regional marketing managers, brand coordinators, and other key stakeholders on long-term growth strategies, monthly, quarterly, and annual planning; Work closely with creative, IT, and web teams to align messaging, optimize landing pages, and ensure a seamless customer journey • Identify and support programs that drive repeat business and customer referrals Requirements • To be considered for this position, candidates must have experience in a similar role, or they must possess significant knowledge, experience, and abilities to successfully perform the responsibilities listed • Relevant education and/or training will be considered a plus The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future. We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave. Note: Pay is not considered compensation until it is earned, vested and determinable.
