Qualifications: • A minimum of 1 year of experience as a General Manager in the food service or retail sector, including responsibility for Profit and Loss (P&L), with a preference for experience in a Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) setting. • Applicants must be at least 18 years of age. • Must have the availability to close the restaurant a minimum of two nights per week. • Physical capability to lift, carry, stack, push, or pull heavy objects as required for restaurant operations. Responsibilities: • Actively participate in our internal leadership development program to enhance your skills and pursue opportunities for advancement above the store level. • Manage and control restaurant profitability by strictly adhering to cash control/security protocols, managing inventory levels, controlling labor costs, analyzing financial reports, and implementing corrective actions. • Lead the recruitment, interviewing, and hiring process for Team Members, Shift Managers, and Assistant General Managers. • Coach and train all employees on operational excellence to guarantee the restaurant's continued success. • Conduct comprehensive inventory counts on a bi-weekly basis. • Ensure the restaurant maintains a high level of cleanliness and that the team consistently delivers an exceptional guest experience through friendly service and quality products. • Maintain the physical stamina to stand and walk constantly throughout entire shifts. • Skillfully maneuver through compact spaces safely and operate all necessary restaurant equipment.
