Responsibilities: • Actively participate in our internal leadership development program, aimed at building your management capabilities and providing pathways for career advancement to above-store level roles. • Manage and control restaurant profitability by diligently following established cash control and security procedures, maintaining accurate property and inventory levels, optimizing labor costs, routinely reviewing financial reports, and implementing corrective actions. • Oversee the entire talent lifecycle, including recruiting, interviewing, and hiring new Team Members, Shift Managers, and Assistant General Managers. • Provide coaching and consistent training to all team members, ensuring operational excellence is achieved for sustained restaurant success. • Conduct complete inventory counts on a bi-weekly schedule. • Ensure the highest standards of restaurant cleanliness are maintained and that the team consistently provides an exceptional guest experience marked by friendliness and a high-quality product. • Must be able to stand and walk continuously for the duration of entire work shifts. • Safely navigate and maneuver through compact working spaces and competently operate all restaurant equipment.
