Qualifications: • Minimum of 1 year of supervisory or management experience in a food service environment, with demonstrated exposure to profit and loss management, ideally within a quick-service restaurant (QSR) setting. • Applicants must be at least 18 years of age. • Availability to oversee closing procedures at least two evenings per week. • Capable of lifting, carrying, stacking, pushing, or pulling moderately heavy objects safely. Responsibilities: • Actively participate in our internal leadership development program, seeking opportunities for advancement within the organization. • Optimize restaurant profitability through diligent adherence to cash handling and security protocols, precise inventory management, efficient labor cost control, comprehensive financial report analysis, and proactive implementation of corrective actions. • Lead the recruitment, interviewing, and onboarding processes for Team Members and Shift Managers. • Provide comprehensive coaching and ongoing training to all team members, ensuring operational excellence and consistent delivery of a successful restaurant experience. • Conduct accurate bi-weekly inventory counts. • Ensure the restaurant consistently upholds the highest cleanliness standards and that the team delivers exceptional guest experiences through friendly service and top-quality products. • Maintain the ability to stand and walk consistently throughout entire shifts. • Safely navigate confined spaces and proficiently operate various restaurant equipment.
