Job Title: Project Coordinator Company Overview: Keywords Studios is a global leader in providing high-quality services to the video game industry, specializing in game development, testing, and localization. Role Overview: As a Project Coordinator at Keywords Studios, you will play a crucial role in organizing and documenting the efforts of a 50-person team dedicated to training an AI engine. Your coordination skills will ensure smooth resource allocation and effective communication across the project lifecycle. What You'll Do: - You will coordinate resources and schedules to ensure timely project delivery. - You will maintain detailed documentation and track project progress. - You will facilitate communication between team members and stakeholders. - You will assist in identifying and resolving project issues. - You will support the training and onboarding of new team members. - You will monitor project metrics and prepare regular status reports. - You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to align project goals. - You will contribute to process improvements to enhance team efficiency. What You Bring: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in project coordination or management. - Strong organizational and multitasking skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. - Proficiency with project management tools such as MS Project or Jira. - Ability to work effectively in a remote, PST hours environment. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience working with AI or technology-focused projects. - Familiarity with training AI engines or machine learning concepts. - Previous experience in the gaming or tech industry. - Certification in project management (PMP or similar).
